Balanced plantbased plate !! Here is a guideline to how I typically go about ‘building’ my plates - although let’s be real I will add way more than 10% fats if it’s avocado we’re talking about here 🥑 Not every meal you have has to be be like this but it’s a pretty good guideline to help get a variety of micro and macronutrients in your diet! There should also be some room for more processed food outside of this if that’s something you enjoy incorporating into your diet...
